Responsibilities

  • Execute sauté station during service with precision, speed, and consistency
  • Prepare and cook dishes to chef specifications and plating standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked station before, during, and after service
  • Properly season, taste, and adjust dishes throughout service
  • Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates during high-volume services
  • Assist with prep, family meal, and breakdown as needed
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • Respect product, minimize waste, and maintain quality at all times

Skills

  • Prior fine dining or upscale casual line cook experience preferred
  • Strong sauté skills (temperature control, pan work, timing, multi-tasking)
  • Solid knife skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work clean, fast, and calmly under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
