Responsibilities
- Execute sauté station during service with precision, speed, and consistency
- Prepare and cook dishes to chef specifications and plating standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked station before, during, and after service

Skills
- Prior fine dining or upscale casual line cook experience preferred
