Molly’s is a modern American pub that takes familiar dishes and gives them a creative twist. We offer handhelds, large grazing plates, shareable apps & entrees. Pay: Starting at $18/hour with little to no prior experience, we offer a competitive wage based on skill.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to Molly’s recipes and standards
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized station and follow food safety procedures
  • Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal features
  • Assist with prep, dishes, cross-training, and supporting other kitchen roles as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about great food and continuous improvement
  • Dependable & reliable, with availability on nights and weekends
  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred
  • Positive, strong communication and attention to detail, open to and willing to give honest feedback
