Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clear communication of menu items and specials
• Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating beverage service expertise
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments with accuracy and integrity
• Upsell menu items and drink options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting in food handling and preparation as needed
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards and guest safety

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is advantageous
• Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage pairings enhances guest interactions
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions
