Responsibilities

  • Check in with Bartenders Upon Arrival
  • Grab Ice for Both Bars
  • Ask Bartenders Upstairs and Downstairs if they need anything.
  • Check Condiments and Side Station
  • Refill All Condiments at Expo Line, Spoons, Steak Knives, Ramen Spoons, Chopsticks, Plasticware, and Plates should be stocked and ready for service.
  • Stock Ice and Glassware in Side Station.
  • Service
  • Food in expo window is first priority.
  • Bus and Wipe dirty tables quickly.
  • Set up and Take apart tables as needed for Parties
  • Communicate with Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders and help where is needed or asked of you.
  • Be Mindful of Spills or Rubbish/Food on floors and keep them looking clean.
  • Help hosts with routine bathroom checks.
  • Closing Duties
  • Clean Expo Line and Restock/Put away all condiments
  • Take Rubbish from all bathrooms, expo line, server station, and host stand to the green dumpster outside. If its locked, grab the key from the MOD and be sure to return it.
  • Vacuum and Wipe down the back booths.
  • Make sure the lounge is free of dirty dishes/glassware and wipe down counter and all barrels.
  • Help both bars with their rubbish.
  • Help Servers clean all remaining dirty tables.
