Duties

• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their purchases.
• Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of store products to effectively assist customers and conduct product demos when necessary.
• Process garments ready for the plant.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Follow all company policies regarding cash handling, security, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or as a cashier is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls when necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
