As a STORM Team Member, you are the foundation of our store experience. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role centered around exceptional customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. You’ll play a key part in delivering the upbeat, welcoming atmosphere that defines our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet every customer with a warm, genuine, and upbeat attitude
  • Provide premium yet natural customer service that reflects the STORM brand
  • Prepare and serve drinks, shakes, and protein bowls with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain strong communication with team members throughout shifts (calling out orders, tracking progress, supporting flow)
  • Complete daily prep work and restocking tasks
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, including routine cleaning of equipment (blenders, prep areas, surfaces) and overall store maintenance
  • Support teammates during busy rushes to ensure smooth operations

Compensation:
