 Flame Broiler is coming to Austin, TX!
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and hardworking Cashiers / Kitchen Helpers to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain well-rounded restaurant experience supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment!

Cashier Duties:

  • Greet all guests with a friendly smile and process orders accurately.
  • Call out completed orders and restock front-of-house supplies.
  • Bus tables, sanitize counter areas, sweep, and keep the dining room clean.

Kitchen Support Duties:

  • Assemble rice bowls and assist with cooking meats and vegetables.
  • Prep and chop fresh vegetables as needed.
  • Wash dishes and help maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen area.

Requirements:

  • Positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler Certificate (covered/reimbursed by us).
  • Must be comfortable multi-tasking and standing for extended periods.
