**Job Summary:**As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality. Your attention to detail and culinary skills will contribute to our guests' overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards for taste and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication.
  • Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills.

Qualifications:
