Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our restaurant team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in line with our restaurant's standards and recipes. You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience to our guests by ensuring each dish is made with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items by the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is fresh, properly stored, and prepared in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, stations, and utensils.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify the chef or manager of shortages.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar food service environment.
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Culinary training or relevant certification is an advantage.
