Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and cook menu items quickly and accurately during high‑volume service
  • Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation throughout the shift
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during service
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health department regulations
  • Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen prep as required

Skills 

  • Strong multitasking ability and comfort working under pressure
  • Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to read and follow recipes, tickets, and prep lists
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
