Job Title: Cake Decorator
Reports to: Cafe Owner / Assistant General Manager
Location: On-site Vinings, Georgia

Paris Baguette is your neighborhood bakery and we’re looking for cake decorators (affectionally known as cakers) to help us deliver joy to guests through beautifully decorated cakes and pastries. In a nutshell, we believe in the following things:

THE JOB DETAILS
Our Cake Decorators are responsible for assembling and decorating our gorgeous cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Dessert Excellence
- Produce & decorate desserts, pastries, and cakes
- Make creams, sauces, and fillings for cakes and pastries
- Training Support
- Demonstrate proper techniques to new cakers & support staff
- Workspace Environment
- Receive, stock, & store food in designated storage areas
- Clean, organize & maintain your workspace
- Support team members, where needed
- NOTE: This role typically requires early morning availability (shifts range from 2am/3am - 7am start times)
WHAT YOU NEED
- Previous experience in confectionary food service, cafes, and/or bakeries
- Food Handler’s Certificate, preferred
- Food safety and labeling knowledge
- Knowledge of food production process, sanitation, and quality control processes
- Weekday, weekend, and/or holiday availability
- Ability to prioritize and follow directions
- Integrity, efficiency, and dependability
- Ability to lift 25 lbs

INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our goal is to be as transparent as possible with our employees. We have a 3 part interview process after you submit your application.
