Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Liquor Samplers to join our team at Junction 35. As a Sampler, you will be responsible for promoting our selection of spirits by providing tastings and engaging with customers. Your passion for spirits and excellent communication skills will help create an enjoyable experience for our guests while increasing awareness of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sampling events for a variety of liquors and spirits, engaging with guests to introduce them to our selections.
• Provide knowledgeable insights about different liquors, including flavor profiles, production methods, and pairings.
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that encourages guests to try our products.
• Educate customers on the proper tasting techniques and responsible drinking.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute promotional events and special tastings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting area.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding alcohol sampling and service.
• Collect customer feedback to help refine and improve our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly with liquor or spirits, is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to engage customers and create an enjoyable experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid TABC alcohol permit.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate busy periods and special events.
