Responsibilities

  • To provide a courteous prompt service to our guests answer incoming phone calls within a timely manner seat guests by finding a clean available table pulling out chairs and placing clean menu in front of guest adhere to seating guidelines to ensure equitable dstribution among servers
  • Greet guests when entering the restaurant with a pleasant smile and superior customer service.
  • Assist with take our orders
  • Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service, safety and well being of guests.
  • Assist servers when needed.
  • Thank every guest upon departure, invite them to return, and wish them a fond farewell
  • Working knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
  • Ability to communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to culinary staff
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Help to maintain a clean and presentable work environment
  • Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor during service
  • Be safety conscious to promote the safety of ones self, co-workers and guests at all times
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
