As a Kitchen Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team to execute flawlessly crafted dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols, as well as compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.
