As the Lead Cook at Lake Tahoe AleWorX, you will be at the forefront of our kitchen, ensuring the quality and consistency of our wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas. You'll supervise the kitchen staff, mentor junior cooks, and contribute to menu innovation.
