Position Overview:
As the Lead Cook at Lake Tahoe AleWorX, you will be at the forefront of our kitchen, ensuring the quality and consistency of our wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas. You'll supervise the kitchen staff, mentor junior cooks, and contribute to menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations.
- Coordinate and delegate kitchen tasks to meet service demands.
- Ensure adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food safety.
- Contribute to menu development with a focus on wood-fired offerings.
- Assist in training and onboarding new kitchen team members.
