Job Overview

**Position Overview:**As a Food Runner/Busser at Chido Taco Lounge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the waitstaff, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and delivering dishes from the kitchen to the tables efficiently. Your attention to detail, speed, and teamwork will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist waitstaff in delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes to the correct tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tidying up tables and chairs.
• Refill water glasses, provide additional utensils, and accommodate guest requests as needed.
• Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guest needs and inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Food Runner, Busser, or in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
