Responsibilities 

  • Prepare menu items professionally and to company standards
  • Prep all necessary product to Company's set par levels
  • Keep work area clean and presentable at all times

Skills 

  • 2 yrs. of Sushi Chef experience with necessary knife skills
  • Knowledge of sushi bar prep such as fileting fish, mixing rice, etc.
  • Customer service.
