We are seeking a dynamic and energetic PM Pizza / Salad Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality pizzas by following established recipes and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
  • Assemble fresh salads using a variety of ingredients, maintaining quality and freshness standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and storage spaces
  • Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
  • Assist with menu planning to introduce new pizza options and salad offerings that appeal to diverse tastes
  • Support the culinary team during busy hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and service
  • Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with health regulations and company standards for quality and safety

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting
  • Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
  • Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen sanitation practices
  • Excellent food service skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food industry best practices, and culinary techniques
  • Passion for creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional customer service

Requirement

  • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Utah Food Handler Certificate
