Responsibilities

  • Getting meat off the smokers at 6 am Monday through Saturday
  • Restarting smokers if needed in the morning and put chickens on of the morning. Ribs on Friday and Saturday ONLY
  • Pulling meat
  • Restarting and putting meat on for the next day

Skills

  • would prefer experience but willing to train.
  • You need to understand safety and health sanitation
  • Know temperatures of meats
