Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Getting meat off the smokers at 6 am Monday through Saturday
- Restarting smokers if needed in the morning and put chickens on of the morning. Ribs on Friday and Saturday ONLY
- Pulling meat
- Restarting and putting meat on for the next day
Skills
- would prefer experience but willing to train.
- You need to understand safety and health sanitation
