Job Overview

Redgarden Restaurant and Brewery is seeking candidates that have prior experience working in a full service restaurant kitchen. We are happy to provide additional training to motivated individuals that are excited to work with a menu that emphasizes fresh, local foods and made to order meals. Redgarden has a loyal base of repeat customers that have high expectations. Duties include all prep activities, working the line for lunch/dinner, morning shift prep receiving vendor orders, validating the quality and quantity of delivered goods, organizing appropriate storage. Prep includes cooking base menu items including stocks, sauces, proteins, etc. Salary dependent on current skills and experience. Two consecutive days off each week, free shift meals. Full/part time available for morning or evening shifts.
