After more than 15 years of success in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, we are expanding with new restaurants opening soon in Coral Gables, Miami. Job Summary
We are seeking Managersto join our leadership team. This role is open to both emerging leaders and experienced managers, with responsibilities and compensation tailored to your experience. Managers work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver outstanding guest experience, maintain operational excellence, and support team development.
As a Manager, you’ll balance floor presence with administrative and financial responsibilities. Junior managers will receive structured training and mentorship, while experienced managers will be given the autonomy to lead and influence operations at a higher level.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Candidates must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and bring a proactive, hospitality-first mindset.
Core Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Support daily operations including opening, service, and closing.
- Act as a role model, upholding our hospitality culture.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to align service goals and priorities.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and service-forward environment.
Guest Experience & Floor Presence
- Build guest loyalty through consistent interaction and table presence.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure the atmosphere (music, lighting, pacing) aligns with the guest experience.
- Support service team with pacing, communication, and table touches.
Financials & Cost Management
- Partner with management team to monitor P&L and labor goals.
- Manage assigned cost centers (labor, food, or beverage).
- Control cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance protocols.
- Support scheduling and staffing based on sales forecasts.
People Development
- Recruit, hire, and onboard FOH team members.
- Actively engage in training of new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Provide real-time coaching and formal performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, motivated, and positive work culture.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management (junior managers considered with strong leadership skills).
- For experienced managers: proven track record of P&L management and team leadership in high-volume or upscale settings.
- Passion for hospitality, guest service, and team development.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
