Responsibilities

• 🥤 Customer Service
  Greet customers in a friendly, upbeat manner
  Take orders accurately and suggest menu items or add-ons
  Handle cash, credit, and digital payments correctly
  Resolve basic customer questions or concerns politely
  🍓 Food & Beverage Preparation
  Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, and food items according to Jamba recipes
  Measure ingredients accurately to maintain quality and consistency
  Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  Restock ingredients and supplies during shifts
  🧼 Cleanliness & Safety
  Keep workstations, blenders, and prep areas clean and sanitized
  Wash dishes and maintain back-of-house cleanliness
  Follow health department and company safety guidelines
  Take out trash and handle waste properly

  Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
  Follow instructions from supervisors and managers
