Description: Opening this summer, the Forge Sports Center is a brand new sport and entertainment facility featuring multi-use sport courts that will be available for futsal, pickleball, and volleyball. The facility will feature an on-site coffee shop and bar, which will serve pizza, sandwiches, and salads. We are seeking high energy, customer-focused candidates to join our new team as Cafe & Bar Team Members. These employees would typically work between 20-30 hours per week, depending on schedules and availability. Details below!
Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare basic food items including pizza, sandwiches, salads, and coffee.
  • Follow detailed food preparation instructions and maintain a focus on consistency.
  • Utilize a variety of cooking equipment to prepare ingredients/menu items.
  • Monitor orders and cooking times to ensure food is prepared correctly and efficiently.
  • Greet customers and provide a high level of service to every guest.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following facility policies/procedures.
  • Assist with maintenance of the cafe/bar areas including cleaning tables and equipment.
  • Facilitate customer payment and financial transactions at the point of sale.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience in food preparation, food service, or similar is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and able to move about the facility as necessary.
  • Experience working in a team oriented environment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Applicants that are 18 years or older, and have or can obtain a WI bartenders license, are preferred.

Pay Information: $12.00/hr plus tips
