Job Overview

Looking for kitchen staff members. Primary responsibilities of the kitchen staff are to guarantee a sanitized and clean kitchen area, as well as help prepare all plates in the menu by assisting other kitchen staff members.

Responsibilities 

  • Carry out orders from the restaurant manager and kitchen captain and assistant on regular food order preparation.
  • Prepare all food ingredients such as pizza dough, meats and vegetables that need to be used for food preparation purposes.
  • Assure all work areas, such as floors and kitchen countertops are clean and hygienic.
  • Daily, wash and clean all cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, and glasses, making sure they are stored appropriately once they are clean.
  • Daily, wash the grill at the end of the final work shift.
  • Dispose of all kitchen rubbish.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and constantly move during an 8 hour shift.
  • Ability to constantly bend or twist the body.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina
