  • Operate and maintain fryers, including regular cleaning and oil changes

  • Clean and stock the fry area daily to ensure it is ready for efficient kitchen flow during service

  • Accurately portion items to avoid excess product waste
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure items are prepared, plated, and served in coordination
