Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Green Gables recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
  • Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during high-volume service
  • Ensure all food is prepared to proper temperature and presentation standards
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Keep a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen team and FOH staff
  • Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties
  • Help restock and rotate inventory as needed
