REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
 Service-oriented
 Salesmanship
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
 Experience in the service industry
 Experience serving tables in restaurants
 Similar fast-paced environment and atmosphere
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
 Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties
 100% compliance to Shoeless Joe’s Service Program
 Demonstrate excellent food and beverage knowledge
 Build sales through upselling and suggestive selling; act on opportunities to build guest relationships
 Participate in special events with enthusiasm and excitement
 Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation
 Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure
 Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events
 Company and Legislative compliance
 Smart Serve Certified
