Job Overview

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate provides excellent guest service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and helps create a positive dining experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and drink recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guests regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when needed.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all company policies, sanitation standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned.

Skills

• Previous restaurant server experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Basic POS knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays safely.
