What will you be doing for the Così* Dough Nation?: *

  • Cross-train for various positions, as determined by the Manager, and perform the duties and related functions of those positions.
  • Make delicious food and create great guest experiences.
  • ​Take guest orders and assist answering questions about the menu and product. Ability to operate a POS system.
  • Encourage guests to participate in the Company’s Così Loyalty program and assist with related matters.
  • Suggestively sell products.
  • Consistently adhere to the Company’s cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Attentively package and deliver pick-up orders to pick-up area in restaurant.
  • Bring passion, energy and enthusiasm to everything you do, including food preparation and taking care of our customers!

What other opportunities will you have to shine?:

  • Help in maintaining Così as the cleanest place around.
  • Restock and food prep, as directed.
  • Assist with the training of co-workers, if requested.
  • Provide feedback to the Manager and Area Director to improve operating efficiencies, maximize the speed of service, improve order accuracy, and ensure outstanding guest service.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or Certification in Hospitality, Restaurant Operations, or related area a plus but not required.
  • Foodservice experience a plus but not required.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to and accept and follow directions.
  • High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand during entire shift
  • Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
  • Maintain a professional appearance.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:
