Supporting the front-of-house team by keeping the dining area clean, organized, and ready for guests. This role helps ensure fast table turnover and a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities 

  • Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave
  • Remove dishes, glassware, and trash from tables
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, and booths
  • Refill water glasses and assist servers as needed
  • Stock service stations (napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.)
  • Assist with running food when needed
  • Keep floors and dining areas clean and free of debris
  • Follow sanitation and safety standards
