Angeline, Buffalo's newest fine dining restaurant, is seeking a polished, hospitality-focused professional bartender to join our team in creating outstanding bar experiences for our valued guests. We are seeking an individual that is technically sound in the production of classic cocktails, has interest and intermediate knowledge of fine wine service and sales, and is dedicated to the support of the team. Expeirence with Italian cafe-inspired cocktails a plus.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving beverages to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
  • Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
  • Collaborate on the creation of signature cocktails or drinks to enhance the guest experience
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
    Experience:
  • Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining restaurant, upscale bar or private club is required
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for guests
  • Advanced knowledge with industry standard building techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and end of night procedures requireed
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
