Responsibilities 

  • Promptly and Cordially Taking Orders: Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and efficiently take their orders, ensuring accuracy and a positive interaction.
  • Comprehensive Menu Knowledge: Thoroughly learn and memorize the entire menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, to provide informed recommendations and answer customer questions.
  • Drink Preparation and Barista Station Maintenance: Skillfully prepare a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, while maintaining a clean and organized barista station to ensure hygiene and efficiency.
  • Serving Food and Beverages to Customers: Deliver orders to customers in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring proper presentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Table Bussing and Dishwashing Duties: Assist with clearing tables, cleaning dining areas, and washing dishes as needed to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for all patrons.
