Responsibilities 

  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish station at all times
  • Support kitchen team with basic prep tasks (when needed)
  • Take out trash, recycling, and maintain cleanliness of disposal areas
  • Ensure floors, mats, and work areas remain clean and safe
  • Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines strictly
  • Assist with closing duties to ensure kitchen is reset for the next day

Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
