Responsibilities

  • Act as the communication hub between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring seamless coordination of orders.
  • Inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and adherence to restaurant standards before serving.
  • Deliver food promptly to tables, ensuring a warm and friendly interaction with guests.
  • Support the flow of service during busy periods by anticipating and addressing needs.
  • Assist with resetting tables and maintaining a clean, organized dining and service area.
  • Relay feedback or guest requests between the team members, maintaining smooth communication.
