Bartender

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about drink preparation, maintain cleanliness, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Take drink and food orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Handle cash, card payments, and operate the POS system
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Create specialty cocktails and promote featured drinks
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
