At Cornerstone Pub and Prime, we believe great servers are built, not born. That's why our Server Assistant position is one of the most important roles in the restaurant.
This is where you'll learn every part of the guest experience before taking your own tables. You'll work alongside experienced servers, bartenders, cooks, and managers while learning what it truly means to provide exceptional hospitality.
When server positions become available, we always look to promote from within before hiring outside the company.

What You'll Learn

You'll be cross-trained in every support position, including:

• Hosting and greeting guests
• Managing wait lists and seating
• Running food quickly and accurately
• Expo and quality control
• Bussing and resetting tables
• Assisting servers throughout service
• Working with both the front and back of house
• Learning our menu inside and out
• Understanding what creates an unforgettable guest experience

By learning every position, you'll gain the skills and confidence needed to become a successful server.

Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
We can teach the skills.

Scheduling

We offer both part-time and flexible scheduling.
Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
October, Sundays, and the Cornerstone Christmas Experience are some of our busiest times of the year, so these are all hands-on-deck seasons.
