Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage choices.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
  • Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
  • Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver guests' bills and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

Skills 

  • Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations.
