Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their assigned tables or seating areas
• Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials or promotions
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
• Manage waitlist and reservations, ensuring accurate seating arrangements
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in coordinating special events or private parties

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15/hour + Shared Tips Collected From Servers
Expected hours: 15-25 per week
