Coop ids looking for a kitchen manager who can wrangle our kitchen and crrew!

We have a great team who is in need of solid leadership.

We are looking for someone who can lead by example, cook on the line with the crew, put out beautiful food, execute volume withut sacrificing quality, and maintian a clean and organized work space.

Responsibilities will include

Inventory and ordering / scheduling within forcasted budgets, planning for events and parties, running a smoother an effieicent kitchen, an ability to work all stations including sautee and expoditor, an ability to work cohesively with FOH to create a team environment- et al- The position will require some nights and most weekends (including sundays), and an average of 45 on site work hours per week. The successful candiudate will have to pass a drug screening for opiate use.
