Responsibilities

  • Cooking as part of a team in a fast paced, family diner environment.
  • Stocking your station and keeping it clean.
  • Prepping and helping with putting deliveries away as needed
  • Helping with closing work (cleaning grills, wrapping up food, sweeping, mopping, etc)
  • Helping other stations with their work as well as helping in dish as needed.

  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Basic knife skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking temps and timing.
  • Working well with others and maintaining a good work environment.
