Responsibilities

  • Work with all departments to communicate timelines and needs ensure event success
  • Lead team on a structured timeline for set up, execution and facility strike
  • POC for client
  • Create pull sheets for bar and equipment, follow BEO
  • Closeout event with client and take final payment
  • Create detailed shift review outlining any issues related to client, guest or staff etc.
  • Help ensure all calendars are synced for accuracy

  • Knowledge of catering equipment and processes
  • Ticketing systems for public events
  • Problem or conflict resolution
  • Drivers license is preffered
