**Responsibilities:**

  • Guarantee all locations are open and fully staffed by 10:00 AM daily.
  • Monitor inventory levels across all locations and address any discrepancies.
  • Conduct interviews and hire exceptional staff to uphold Bayou Hospitality standards.
  • Assist the District Manager with daily tasks, including scheduling, communications, and operational support.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to recruit and motivate a team.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
