• Prepare Sicilian-style dough and sauces on a regular basis and ensure proper turnover and storage
• Measuring and preparing the ingredients and seasonings to be used in the cooking of dishes
• Keep track of inventory and update the inventory management system as required
• Labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
