Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper accounting of all sales.
• Taking order from patrons at the table, as well helping them with to go orders.
• Keep server and expo area organize, following the procedural checklist to complete all activities.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent hospitality to guests.

Skills

• Proven experience in server or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, retail math, and inventory management.
• Proficient in using POS systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
