Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and help determine their orders. Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.
  • Relay customer orders to the kitchen staff. Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
  • Customer service is the first experience a customer gets! Remember to always be polite and acknowledge your customers as they enter your restaurant. Always smile and say “Welcome to Quick ‘n Split how may I help you?”
  • Quick ‘n Split cashiers process orders and collect payments from customers.
  • Their chief duties include:
  • Greeting customers
  • Making shakes
  • Assisting with food preparation
  • Solving customer complaints
  • Handling monetary transactions
  • Keeping the restaurant front area clean and well-stocked.
  • Make ice cream.
  • Collect delivery orders, pass out orders
  • Communicates with the back of the house
  • Rsponding to inquiries
  • Maintaining public areas.
  • Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items and specials
  • Clean assigned work areas, dining tables, or serving counters
  • Replenish and stock service stations, cabinets, and tables
  • Cleaning/Side Duties
  • Cleaning the front of the house
  • Cleaning the ice cream and soda stations
  • Keeping all front of the house stations stocked
  • Filling the ice cream machine and changing the soda syrups
  • Keeping the floors clean
  • Keeping the counters, tables, and lobby area cleaned
  • Keeping all windows cleaned
  • Any other duty the manager assigns that has to do with the front of the house
