Responsibilities/Requirements

• Greet and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, and professional way at all times
• Input orders using an electronic table side service system; complete understanding of the system for efficient and accurate use
• Knowledge of lunch, dinner, and bar menu items, including the general knowledge of ingredients in each dish or cocktail
• Knowledge of rotating daily specials to accurately voice and describe products to customers
• Take drink and food orders promptly and accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction with food and service
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, respectful manner
• Cash out customers by handling money and credit/debit cards; work out of your own cash bank
• Work well under pressure while still maintaining high energy and positivity
• Complete all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
• Provide exceptional customer service to each guest on every occasion in order to achieve customer satisfaction
• Display genuine hospitality and courteousness
