Responsibilities

• Reservations and POS platform management;
• Guest liaison (in-person + telephone);
• Memorise all food and beverage menu items and customer services to respond to guest inquiries accurately. This includes prices, preparation method/time, key ingredients and preparation methodology, taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, garnish and allergens;
• Assisting with customer service issues;
• Ensuring FOH is clean and presentable at all times;
• Assisting Guests Services Manager with training other hosts;
• All other duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) months experience in guest services or a related field;
• Availability to work as either full-time daytime host/hostess or full-time evening host;
• Advanced problem solving, decision making, customer service, communication and sales skills.

Non-essential Assets

• Experience using Touchbistro POS and QSR software; and
• A valid first aid certificate.
