Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
  • Verify ticket items match plates before leaving the pass
  • Communicate with servers about table needs, course timing, and special requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and pass
  • Assist with garnishing, tray setup, and running side work as needed
  • Support bussers with clearing and resetting tables during high volume
  • Communicate any delays, issues, or guest concerns to expo or management
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

  • Clear communication with both kitchen and service teams

  • Ability to carry trays and navigate a busy dining room safely

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
