Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  1. Barista Duties – Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to cafe recipes. Maintain a clean and organized drink station, engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, and ensure consistency in drink presentation.
  2. Cook Duties – Prepare and assemble food items following cafe recipes and safety guidelines. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage inventory for ingredients, and ensure food is cooked and presented correctly and efficiently.
  3. Cashier Duties – Greet and assist guests with orders, accurately process transactions, and handle cash/card payments. Maintain a clean front counter and ensure prompt service while providing a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers.
  4. General Responsibilities – Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe, assist with opening and closing duties, and support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
