We’re a golf club with real covers, real standards, and zero patience for soggy fries or mystery temps. Bring your speed, pride, and playlist (within reason).
What you’ll do

  • Crush the grill and fry stations: hit temps, keep crunch, nail timing.
  • Set up a tight mise en place and keep it stocked through the rush.
  • Execute tickets accurately (mods included), plate clean, and run hot food to the pass.
  • Follow food safety, label/date like a pro, and keep the line spotless.
  • Communicate like a grown-up: call backs, ask for hands, help your crew close.

What you bring

  • 1 year of line cook experience (grill/fry preferred).
  • Knife skills, traction under pressure, and a compulsive urge to wipe the cutting board.
  • You’re on time, coachable, and allergic to drama.
  • Able to lift 40 lbs, be on your feet, and dance without cutting corners.
